These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Scribed Atelier website and all products and services we offer. By placing an order, downloading a file, or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Custom & Physical Products
All custom stationery, printed goods, and personalized items are made to order.
 Because custom design work cannot be resold, all custom stationery sales are final once proofs are approved.
We are not responsible for:
Typos approved in your proof
Errors in guest lists provided by the client
Delays caused by missing information or late approvals
Colors appearing differently due to screen or device display variations

2. Digital Products
Once digital files are delivered or access is granted:
All digital sales are final
Failure to download files does not qualify for a refund
Replacement download links may be provided upon proof of purchase

3. Refunds & Cancellations
For Custom Stationery deposits are non-refundable.
After proofs or design work have begun, no refunds will be issued.
If you cancel after production has started, the full balance is still due.

For Physical Goods
Refunds are offered only in the case of:
Production defects
Errors made by Scribed Atelier
Issues must be reported within 3 business days of receiving your order.

4. Payment Terms
Payment is required before design work begins.
 We accept payments through secure third-party processors such as:
Stripe
PayPal
Shopify Payments
Etsy (if applicable)
Payment processors may have their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Artwork & Files Provided by You
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights or permissions to use any artwork, photos, or text you provide.
By submitting content to us, you grant Scribed Atelier permission to use that content solely for the purpose of creating your stationery.

6. Proofing & Approval
You are responsible for reviewing all proofs carefully.
Production begins only after written approval.
Once approved, changes cannot be made, and Scribed Atelier is not responsible for errors overlooked during proofing.

7. Shipping
We ship using reputable carriers.
Once packages leave our studio, delivery times, lost packages, or shipping delays are outside our control.
Clients are responsible for any duties or customs fees for international orders.

8. Use of Website
You agree not to misuse our site, attempt to hack or disrupt service, or copy content without permission.

9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
Your continued use of the website or services indicates acceptance of any changes.
